Ted Failon's Wife, Trinidad Etong Dies. Did She Really Committed Suicide Or Did Ted Failon Killed Her?

Author Jan Hilado    Category , , , , ,

Let us all pray for the soul of Ted Failon's wife, Trinidad Etong who passed away at 8:50 PM today after suffering from of a gunshot wound to the head. The police investigation still continues but the question to whether she really committed or not still remains unanswered.

The Quezon City Police Department are trying their best to solve this question but there is just one thing I hate about this situation. After that horrible incident, the QCPD started arresting Ted Failon's helpers and two of his relatives including his brother-in-law, Maximo Arteche, even without a warrant of arrest. According to what I have learned from our Constitution class, they cannot be arrested without any warrant. A warrant-less arrest is not applicable since it was being done in the absence of a crime. Not only that, they were also alleged for Obstructon Of Justice! This kind of crime can only be committed by judges, prosecutors, attorneys general, and elected officials in general. And yet the QCPD accused Failon's helpers and relatives with that kind of crime!

What I think of this situation is that the Quezon City Police Department are just putting up a SHOW so that they would APPEAR active, good, and lawful in the eyes of the citizen. What a bunch of retards! What do you think?

You have taken the phrase "...This kind of crime can only be committed by judges, prosecutors, attorneys general, and elected officials in general..." out of context and perverted it. If you read the whole wikipedia link you have posted, this is not what it says.

In the article it also says "...Common law jurisdictions other than the United States tend to use the wider offense of Perverting the course of justice...". If you look at Perverting the course of justice, it says "...Perverting the course of justice can be any of three acts:

    "Fabricating or disposing of evidence
    Intimidating a witness or juror
    Threatening a witness or juror"

I guess the PNP is right on the money on this one. And please don't take wiki articles out of context and manipulate it to your own liking. It seems that you my friend are also guilty of "fabrication".

Thanks for commenting my friend! I'm sorry I wasn't able to read the "Perverting the course of justice" link. It was so kind of you to inform me of my humble mistake. Thanks for informing me my friend! Please keep following my posts and warn me if I ever come to a point of being guilty of "fabrication" again. I really appreciated it! Thanks!

the pnp are just doing their jobs and yet people seems to criticize them unfairly. If every filipino should think and generalize all police in the philippines are scums and a bunch or retards, we should all be afraid then and there will be no hope. Not all are rotten tomatoes and as a filipino we should not add to the demoralization of our very own police force. Kasi if its true that all the police, politicians and public officials are scums we should kill ourselves instead cause there's no point living at all in a society like that. And Ted Failon whether he killed his wife or not is still guilty of obstruction of justice and should be sent to jail along with others. Kasi if not, many unsatisfied married men with financial problems would follow on his footsteps by killing their wives and staging it as a suicide and get away with it by just simply cleaning the scene of the incident, play innocent and a victim as well and having your own independent forensic expert to do the autopsy instead.
