Internet Explorer 8 Free Download | The Fastest Web Browser In The World Yet!

Microsoft Corporation finally released their newest version of Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer 8. They said it is the fastest web browser available in the market today.

After having known that, I immediately downloaded the version from the Internet Explorer Homepage. After I downloaded it, I immediately noticed the many features it has! Before you can start using the IE 8, you have to go through a series of set-ups that would suit your style in browsing.

It has features like Accelerators which could quicken up your browsing experience by providing immediate links to common sites like Blogger.com. Very handy for bloggers! Another new feature it has is the InPrivate Browsing. I remember having used this kind of feature only in Google Chrome where your browsing history, datas, and profile information would not be stored. Now, it's already on Internet Explorer 8! There's also that SmartScreen Filter which is common I think in most browsers. Protects you from malicious softwares being downloaded on your computer. IE 8 has also this feature called Web Slices which I haven't figured out yet on how to use it. But I think this has something to do with new updates from certain sites, like if you want to be notified of a new item on eBay, you use the Web Slices. I'll figure it out someday. But the coolest feature the Internet Explorer 8 has is the Compatibility View! The previous versions of IE can't view a certain website/blog properly and I get frustrated with it because I customize my own template for my blog using CSS and some of my customized templates can't be viewed properly on previous versions of Internet Explorer. But now, with the Compatibility View, those websites and blogs that are not viewable to previous versions of IE are now very much viewable on Internet Explorer 8!

Okay, enough with the features, what we want to know is the speed of the new Internet Explorer 8 right? Well actually, IE 8 is already my default browser now and not firefox because it has speeds that can surpass the Mozilla Firefox! No kidding! It really is the fastest "yet" browser in the market today! Firefox better hurry on releasing their Mozilla Firefox 3.1 Beta 3!
